NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Langley will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley, BC at 7:00pm on Monday, July 10, 2023 to allow the public to make verbal or written representation to Council with respect to the following proposed bylaws and development permit application:

2. Bylaw No. 3238 – Discharge of Land Use Contract No. 25-76

Purpose: To authorize the discharge of Land Use Contract No. 25-76 from the property located at 5360 204 Street which is zoned RM2 Multiple Residential Medium Density in Zoning Bylaw No. 2100. Removal of the Land Use Contract will enable the accommodation of a 12-storey, 370-unit apartment development, consisting of 317 condominium units and 53

rental units.

Legal Description: Lot 178, District Lot 36, Group 2, New Westminster District, Plan 53282.

The proposed bylaws may be inspected online at www.langleycity.ca or in person at the Development Services department at Langley City Hall, 20399 Douglas Crescent, Langley BC, V3A 4B3 from Tuesday, June 20, 2023 to Monday, July 10, 2023 from 8:30am – 4:30pm excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

Comments may be submitted by mail to the Deputy Corporate Officer at the above noted address, or by e-mail to councilmeetings@langleycity.ca and should be received by no later than 12:00pm on the day of the Public Hearing. All correspondence submitted prior to the close of the public hearing will form part of the public record and may be published in a meeting agenda.
