Bylaw 1979 No. 1842 Amendment

(Williams Neighbourhood Plan) Bylaw No. 5799

Purpose: Bylaw No. 5799 amends the Langley Official Community Plan by providing a revised neighbourhood plan for the Williams area (see Map 4). Bylaw No. 5799 amends the Willoughby Community Plan by incorporating the revised Williams Neighbourhood Plan and related amendments into the Willoughby Community Plan. Bylaw No. 5799 proposes to provide for more residential density, mixed-use development, and urban park areas. It also provides population projections, a land use designation map and development permit provisions.

And take further notice that a copy of Township of Langley Bylaw Nos. 5799, 5861, 5862, 5903, 5936 and 5937, Development Permit No. 101194 and relevant background material may be inspected between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from October 12 to 23, both inclusive, at the Community Development Division Development Services counter, 2nd floor, Township of Langley Civic Facility, 20338 - 65 Avenue, or online at www.tol.ca/hearing.
