Notice is hereby given that the Township of Langley Council will meet at the Monday, October 23, 2023 Regular Council Meeting and consider endorsement of the following application.

Legal: Portion of Lot 1 Section 34 Township 7 NWD Plan BCP18835
Purpose: Council to consider Brookswood Brewing Company Inc’s request for endorsement to the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch for a structural change to add a patio (addition of a new licenced area), an increase in person capacity from 50 to 60 and an extension of the hours of liquor service to 9am to 11pm Sunday to Thursday and 9am to 12am Friday and Saturday.
And take further notice that copies of the staff reports for these applications may be inspected between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from October 12 to 23, both inclusive, at the Community Development Division Development Services counter, 2nd floor, Township of Langley Civic Facility, 20338 - 65 Avenue, or online at www.tol.ca/hearing.
